Warranty

Our products are built to the highest standards and we stand by the quality of all products.

All mattresses carry a 5 year warranty - see below for terms. All other products carry a one year warranty.

Terms of Warranties

All memory foam mattresses are warranted for a period of five years (pro rata*) against any manufacturing defect arising from poor workmanship, materials or assembly of the product.

The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties.

If a claim is made under the guarantee, you must present a proof of purchase as documentation of your purchase.

The period of warranty starts from the date of delivery.

Memory Foam Warehouse's liability is to replace the product free of charge should the product fail due to manufacturing defect, provided that written details of the said defect are sent to us. We reserve the right to request the return of the product and recoup any delivery costs.

The warranty will not apply if:

  1. The product has been used otherwise than for personal use.
  2. Cleaning has been carried out other than as advertised in the cleaning instructions supplied with the product.
  3. The product has not been properly stored.
  4. Repairs or alteration have been carried out other than by memory foam warehouse.
  5. Notice of defects has not been given within the specified period above.
  6. The product has been destroyed because methods of decontamination are considered incorrect or no longer effective.
  7. The product has suffered malicious damage.
  8. The guarantee does not cover normal changes in hardness or properties that do not affect the pressure-relieving properties.

The warranty comprises the whole of memory Foam Warehouse's liability in relation to the products, and the limitations of liability clauses set out in our terms and conditions of sale apply, provided that:

- This does not affect the liability for personal injury or death arising from negligence
- In the case of a direct sale to a private consumer, the consumers statutory rights are not affected.
