Terms and Conditions
1. About Delivery.
While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
Standard delivery for orders over £150 is FREE, subject to location - see below - and we aim to dispatch orders same working day if the order is received before 12noon. Delivery should be within THREE WORKING DAYS unless otherwise stated on the product description . The item will be delivered by courier for delivery within this period. If there is no-one in to receive the item, a card will be left for you to arrange delivery with the courier. Non-Standard or bespoke items may take up to four weeks to deliver.
Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier and orders below £200 incur a carriage charge. Items should arrive within 5 days, but please allow 14 days before contacting us in the event of non delivery.
*Carriage charges to rural and offshore locations will be calculated at the checkout stage of the order process if our own checkout system is used. For rural and offshore customers choosing to use the Google checkout system, we may need to contact you to levy additional charges. We will not add additional charges without your consent.
Saturday Deliveries:
Saturday Deliveries can be organised on orders over £200 for a delivery fee of £60.00. Please state the date you would like the delivery at the checkout stage. Please note we require a minimum of one week notice to arrange a Saturday delivery and this is only available in non rural, onshore locations.
Next Day Deliveries:
Next Working Day Deliveries can be organised on orders over £200 for a delivery fee of £10.00 on orders received by phone or internet before 12noon. Please not - orders received on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday (Bank Holidays Excepted).
Important Note: Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location if you are not in when the delivery arrives. If you are not in on the agreed delivery day we reserve the right to charge for redelivery. Any claim for damage to property relating to a delivery is between you and the delivery agent.
Please note that deliveries will not take place over Bank Holiday Periods.
2. Prices and Tax.
The price you pay will include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage prior to payment being taken.
3. Warranty.

4. Cancellations and Returns. (Applicable for Internet Sales only).
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order, up to 7 working days after you receive the goods.
To cancel your order you must inform us by email (sales@memory-foam-warehouse.co.uk). You can arrange to return the goods yourself, or we will arrange with you for the goods to be collected from the delivery address*, and will then refund the total amount paid for the goods (not including the initial delivery fee). If you have chosen for us to collect the goods, the cost of collection will also be deducted from the refund amount, and this will depend on size of the order. As a guidline, typical collection fee for a mattress is £50. All goods must be re-packed as they were received.
* Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase, within 30 days of receipt of return of goods.
- Bespoke products made to order. We cannot accept returns other than for manufacturing faults.
5. Damaged Faulty Goods on Receipt of Delivery.
Damaged or faulty goods on receipt of delivery must be reported to us immediately by email (sales@memory-foam-warehouse.co.uk). We will then make further arrangements with you. In the case of any damage or dispute caused by a delivery we will refer you directly to our delivery agent.
6. Confidentiality.
All confidential information is held securely and payment details are passed directly and encrypted to Nat West Streamline via Protx. We do not hold your credit card details. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
7. Indemnity.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
8. Product Specification.
We reserve the right to change specification without notice. Product specifications & measurements may vary slightly from those stated, although this will not affect the performance of the product.
9. Jurisdiction.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
10. Consumer Rights.
None of the above Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
11. Company information.
